At Wolkcle Technology Pvt Ltd (“Wolkcle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we strive to deliver a reliable and valuable platform for travel businesses. We understand that a clear and fair refund policy is important to our users, and we are committed to transparency regarding our current policy and our plans for the future.
Current Refund Policy
At this time, all subscription fees paid for our Services are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for any reason, including but not limited to partial subscription periods, unused features, account downgrades, or dissatisfaction with the Services.
We have designed our subscription model to ensure that you can evaluate the platform thoroughly before making any financial commitment:
Free Trial. We offer a fourteen (14) day Free Trial with no payment information required. The Free Trial provides access to the core features of the platform with limited usage, allowing you to explore the interface, create quotations, manage bookings, and assess whether the platform meets your business needs — all at no cost and with no obligation.
Monthly Billing. Our Standard Plan is billed on a monthly basis, giving you the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time without being locked into a long-term commitment. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access to the Services until that date.
We encourage all prospective users to take full advantage of the Free Trial period to make an informed decision before subscribing.
Exceptions
While we maintain a general no-refund policy, we may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:
Duplicate Charges. If you have been charged more than once for the same Subscription Period due to a billing error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
Service Unavailability. If the platform experiences a prolonged and continuous outage that renders the Services entirely unusable for a significant portion of your billing cycle, and the outage is attributable to us, we may issue a partial or full credit toward your next Subscription Period.
To request a review under these exceptions, please contact us at support@wolkcle.com within seven (7) days of the relevant charge or incident.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@wolkcle.com. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have full access to the Services during this period.
- No further charges will be applied after the current billing cycle ends.
- After the billing cycle ends, your Account will transition to a dormant state. In this state, you will have read-only access to your existing data but will not be able to create new records. You may reactivate your Account at any time by contacting us and subscribing to an active Plan.
- No refund or credit will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing cycle after cancellation.
Future Refund Policy
We are actively developing our platform and plan to introduce additional subscription plans, features, and services in upcoming releases. As our offerings expand, we intend to introduce a comprehensive refund policy that may include provisions such as pro-rated refunds, cooling-off periods, or satisfaction guarantees.
When our updated refund policy is introduced, we will notify all users through the platform and via the email address associated with their accounts. The updated policy will be published on our website and will take effect from the date specified in the notification.

Applicable Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. All refund-related disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Puri, Odisha, India.
