A seat is one person who signs in to your workspace. Each plan includes some seats, and you can add more one at a time, up to 3 on Standard, 10 on Business and 50 on Enterprise. Every extra seat adds its own AI credits, quotations and bookings.
AI credits pay for the AI assistant, AI cover pages and, on Enterprise, Gyanvi. Each plan includes a monthly allowance that grows with every seat. You can top up any amount from ₹299 to ₹20,000, and credits never expire while your plan is active.
There is no cap on quotations or bookings. If an account goes beyond about 3,000 quotations or 1,500 bookings a month, we'll get in touch to talk about it. Nothing is blocked.
Enterprise teams use Gyanvi as far as their AI credits allow. Business includes 100 requests a month, and the free trial includes 20. Gyanvi is in beta and is being switched on for workspaces in stages.
No. Quotations, vouchers and invoices carry your agency's brand on every plan. Business and Enterprise add your own link domain and sending email domain.
Yes. On every plan you can import past enquiries from a CSV and your hotel list from Excel yourself. Business adds an onboarding call to get your team set up, and on Enterprise we do the data import with you.
